Legg Mason to Move to New York Times Skyscraper

Legg Mason and two of its subsidiaries, Western Asset Management and ClearBridge Advisors, will lease 200,000 square feet in the new New York Times building being built in Times Square.

Legg Mason will be the fourth-largest tenant, occupying floors 45 through 50. In addition, it is planning to build a rooftop conference center and garden.

The company is scheduled to move into the new building in the fall of next year.
