Sequoia System International, a training provider, has hired Ken DiFrancesca as SVP. DiFrancesca comes from MetLife Investors Group, where he served as SVP and national sales manager for the bank channel.
At Sequoia, DiFrancesca will focus on new and existing client relationships, according to the firm.
He will also lead the critical skills training program, which provides long-term support and training to wholesalers who have completed Sequoia's on-site program. The program focuses on interviewing, presentation, closing and negotiation skills.
