Morgan Stanley Smith Barneys Adds Seven Advisors

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney has recruited seven financial advisors. According to MSSB, Steven Foote and John Moran joined in New York from independent shop Ingalls & Snyder last Thursday, January 13. The pair previously oversaw $300 million of client assets and generated $2.5 million in annual production.

Robin Krasny and Mark Lewis also joined MSSB in New York. The pair previously oversaw $310 million in client assets at UBS and generated $1.7 million in annual fees and commissions, according to MSSB. Also from UBS, Craig Greenberg and Joseph McDermott joined the firm in Mount Kisco, New York. They previously generated $1.1 million in production on $144 million of client assets. They all joined Friday, January 14.

And Adam Leapley joined MSSB in Westport, Connecticut, also on Jan. 14, from Chase Investment Services, a unit of JP Morgan Chase, according to MSSB. Leapley previously generated $1.35 million in annual fees and commissions and oversaw $205 million in client assets.
