James Warren, SEI's vice president and managing director of solutions strategy and development, received an honorable mention this year for the firm's Investor Fulfillment and Trade Order Solution.
The web-based application, designed to automate, validate and streamline the trade order and fulfillment process, allows SEI investment managers, financial advisors and their prospective and current investors to import trade order documents with flexible field customization options as well as convert them into a dynamic, electronic form. An investment manager can then transmit the kit to their prospective investor or advisor.
Warren is responsible for the strategic design and development of technology as well as the services related to SEI's technology platform used for providing middle and back office outsourcing services to traditional and alternative clients.
Throughout his 22 years in the industry, and 15 years at SEI in operational and technology positions, Warren has been responsible for middle and back office operational groups, technology teams for retail and institutional asset managers.
