It's time again to send in your nominations for our Top 40 Brokers Under 40 and the Top 40 Regional Brokers Under 40.

Every year, we honor some of the brightest up-and-comers in the wealth management industry for their superior production. But, of course, we can't make sure these prestigious awards go to the most-deserving recipients without your help.

This year, nominations are due by 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025.

Who can be nominated?

Employee W-2 advisors at wirehouses and regional broker-dealers. (Independent advisors, bank channel advisors and RIAs are not eligible.) See the nomination form above for all the eligibility criteria.

What information is required?

Personal trailing 12-month production for the period from Oct. 1, 2024, to Sept. 30, 2025; personal AUM as of Sept. 30, 2025, is also required. 

Please note: Team assets and production will not be considered.

Additional details: Nominees must be 39 or younger by Dec. 31, 2025. Any custody of assets must be with the nominee's firm of employment. All nominations and details will be subject to verification.
