Oppenheimer to Offer Two New Trinity Funds

Oppenheimer Funds of New York recently filed with the SEC to introduce two new funds, the Trinity Growth Fund and the Trinity Core Fund.

The Trinity Growth Fund will aim to invest in stocks in the Standard & Poor's/Barra Growth Index, which is a subset of the S&P 500, according to the SEC filing.The Trinity Core Fund seeks long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in undervalued stocks in the S&P 500.

The sub-adviser for both funds is Trinity Investment Management Corp. of Bellefont, Pa., a firm that uses growth- and value-oriented investment styles.
