The rapidly growing wealth manager &Partners has gone back to Wells Fargo to recruit a team managing roughly $1 billion in the Chicago area.

Principality Private Wealth is joining &Partners in Arlington Heights, Illinois. It is led by the financial advisors and partners Andrew Buchta, Charles Collins and Nicholas Bova and includes six support staff members.

&Partners, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, was founded in 2023 by advisors who had broken away from Wells Fargo and has regularly recruited from Wells to add to its headcount. It now has 115 teams that had managed nearly $56 billion at their previous firms.

Of the three advisors recruited as part of Principality Private Wealth, Buchta had been with Wells Fargo since 1998 and Bova since 2015. Collins started his career in 1994 at Pruco Securities and moved through various firms before joining Wells Fargo in 2016.
