PIMCO Preps Another Active ETF

PIMCO has filed paperwork with the Securities and Exchange Commission for another active exchange-traded offering, dubbed the PIMCO Diversified Income Exchange-Traded Fund.

According to the filing, the actively-traded fund will mirror the existing Pimco Diversified Income Fund (PDVAX) bond fund by making a diversified set of fixed income bets on bonds, debt securities and other similar instruments issued by various U.S. and non-U.S. public or private companies. Its primary benchmark is the Barclays Capital Global Credit Hedged USD Index and its portfolio manager is Curtis Mewbourne.

A spokesman for the firm was not immediately available for comment on the new filing.
