Minneapolis-based RBC Global Asset Management has hired Gerry Cosgrove and Mike Refojo to boost its sales ad consultant relations team.
Refojo, who hails from London-based fund of hedge fund Fauchier Partners, is responsible for structuring and resourcing the U.S. institutional sales team, according to the firm. And Cosgrove is responsible for the firm’s overall U.S. consultant relations effort. He hails from Two Sigma Investments where he served in a similar capacity.
“With Gerry and Miek in palce, and additional new hires to come on board, we see this as a pivotal time to build on out capabilities and deliver investment service excellence to institutional investors across the U.S.,” stated Matthew Applestein, head of U.S. Distribution.
