Riverbridge Launches Maiden Mutual Fund

Minneapolis-based Riverbridge Partners has launched its first mutual fund, the Riverbridge Growth Fund, to bet on U.S. equities across all market capitalizations.

The fund is available via Investor Class (RIVRX) and Institutional Class (RIVBX) shares. The Riverbridge Growth Fund is modeled after the Riverbridge All Cap Growth portfolio, the firm’s flagship investment strategy.

“We have been managing separate accounts for over 25 years and we are excited to offer our investment strategy by way of a mutual fund,” stated Mark Thompson, chief investment officer. “The investment success of our clients is our number one concern. And, with this launch, we will be able to serve the investment needs of a broader clientele.”

Rick Moulton, head of the firm’s asset management group, was not immediately available for comments on the new offering.

Riverbridge Partners was co-founded in 1987 by Thompson, formerly of Ameriprise Financial Services where he was responsible for investment research.
