RR Donnelley Launches Shared Content Solution for Compliance Documents

RR Donnelley has launched RightContent, an online shared content service for compliance documents for mutual fund, variable annuity and retirement product companies. It allows users to store and manage information in a central repository so that compliance documents can be easily access, editor and rendered.

As users change one document, any other fields that pertain to related documents are instantly updated as well. It also fulfills the requirements of the XBRL mandate and summary prospectus final rule.

RightContent is build on the Microsoft SharePoint platform and is integrated with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
