Schroders, the $318.9 billion global asset manager, appointed Tiffani Potesta head of advisory sales within its U.S. key accounts team, reporting to Erin Brenner, Head of Intermediary Key Accounts.

Potesta joins Schroders from DWS Investments, where she was director, national account manager and head of third party insurance and DCIO. Before that, she was director and head of national accounts at First Eagle Funds, where she was responsible for strategic business development and management of all client relationships.

"Tiffani is a powerful addition to the team and brings an expertise that will help drive our cross-channel growth," Brenner said in a statement.

Schroders has been in growth mode over the past five years, and continues to build out its distribution efforts in the US with recent hires on the internal and external sales teams, according to a press release. The group will be expanding further and looking to add several positions, including a Sales Director covering the Northeast.
