Sentinel Makes Sales 'Call'

Sentinel Investments has made two key appointments to its senior sales team as well as the hiring of a new wholesaler.

Timothy W. Call has taken over as senior vice president, National Sales Manager, for the external wholesaling team, while Jerrod DeShaw has been promoted to vice president, National Sales, to lead the firm’s National Sales Desk. Call is adding the National Sales Manager responsibilities to his current role as Sentinel’s wholesaler for Southern New England.

In addition, Marc Jarman has joined the firm as a wholesaler for the New York Metro, Long Island and New Jersey territory, which is new, according to Barry M. Schwartz, a spokesman for the firm. Jarman has held field sales roles at RS Investments, Arrow Funds, and Putnam prior to joining Sentinel.

“As we grow further by targeting independent advisors, it’s critical that we

have the right team in place to lead our sales effort,” stated Christian Thwaites, President and CEO of Sentinel. “Tim, Jerrod, and Marc are the exact right people for the job.”
