Stilwell's Assets Drop $15 Billion in Third Quarter

The assets under management of Stilwell Financial of Kansas City, Mo. dropped to approximately $300 billion in the third quarter, the company announced.

This was due to a net loss of $15 billion from Stilwell's main asset management subsidiary, Janus Capital Management of Denver. On average, Stilwell's assets under management in October were $301 billion.
