Stocks Stumble Again

The Dow Jones Industrial Average lopped off another 6.66 points to end at 12.496.15 while the Nasdaq and S&P 500 added 11 points and 2.23 points, respectively.

In economic news, the Commerce Department reported that new home sales rose 3.3% to a seasonally adjusted 343,000-unit annual rate in April, topping the consensus estimate of 335,000 units.
