Michigan-based Oakleaf had been working with LPL Financial for over a decade and a half before they made the switch. Keim, president of the investment program with 22 years’ industry experience, cited Raymond James’ community-oriented approach to investing and client service as the reason for the move.

Raymond James is excited be working with Oakleaf, says John Houston, financial institutions division managing director of Raymond James, in a press release. “They are an exceptional team and we are pleased the professionals at Sturgis Bank & Trust and Oakleaf chose to work with us,” he adds.

Keim says Raymond James offers “unparalleled support” and the “best service in the industry,” according to the company. He was not available for additional comment.
