Vanguard Launches Actively Managed Emerging Markets Fund

The fund will be sub-advised by four global advisory firms.

 

Vanguard has launched the Vanguard Emerging Markets Select Stock Fund, an actively managed equity fund that employs four global advisory firms: M&G Investment Management, Oaktree Capital Management, Pzena Investment Management and Wellington Management.

 

The fund is currently accepting investments during a two-week subscription period expected to conclude on June 27.

 

The fund will invest in companies of all capitalizations in emerging markets, seeking to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund has an expense ratio of 95 basis points and is available to retail investors for a minimum initial investment of $3,000.
