Geours will now oversee the unit's branches in New York, Miami, and Weston, Florida. He will also share joint responsibility for all international private client business within Wells Fargo Advisors, per the memo. The Miami-based executive has been with Wells Fargo since 2011, and previously led the Latin American high-net-worth segment for Citigroup.

Andy Byer and Steve Nash are the new regional presidents for the Gateway region and the Eastern region, respectively, according to the memo.

Byer previously led the business development group. He has been with the firm for 13 years.

Nash was most recently a market manager for Philadelphia. He joined the firm 19 years ago as a branch manager.

Wells Fargo last announced management changes in January, when the firm restructured its private client group into eastern and western divisions.
