Morgan Stanley Smith Barney hired the Seminara Group—comprised of advisors Frank Seminara, Peter Seminara, Robert Knorr and Andrew Goldberg—in Florham Park, N.J., from UBS. They had $660 million in client assets under management and $6.69 million in production. Other new hires include Phil Huffman and Craig Cox from Merrill Lynch in Pasadena, Calif.; Susan Rosenthal, Sandra Puff and Monica Tew, also from Merrill Lynch, in Durham, N.C.; Richard Jenkin and Thomas Ferrante from UBS in Jericho, N.Y.; and Patricia Glass from Credit Suisse in New York's Park Central Branch.

Janney Montgomery Scott hired Thomas Graham in Washington, D.C., from Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw more than $300 million.

Wells Fargo hired advisor team Richard Edwards and Scott Bell in Fresno, Calif., from Merrill Lynch, where they had $400 million in assets under management. Victor Rodriguez also joins the firm in Beverly Hills, Calif., from City National Securities, where he oversaw $350 million in assets. Bryce Bordwell joins in Newport Beach, Calif., from Citigroup, where he had $100 million in assets.

RBC Wealth Management hired Don C. Reynolds II to its Fort Worth, Texas office from Raymond James, where he had more than $100 million in assets under management.
