Andrew Hoog is a computer scientist, certified forensic analyst (GCFA and CCE), computer and mobile forensics researcher, former adjunct professor (assembly language), and cofounder of viaForensics, an innovative digital forensic and security firm. He divides his energies between investigations, forensic software development, and research in digital forensics and security. He also has two patents pending in the areas of forensics and data recovery. He lives in Oak Park, IL, where he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, great wine, science fiction, and tinkering with geeky gadgets.

Jim Stapleton leads sales for Isis, a joint venture between AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless chartered with building a nationwide mobile commerce system that will transform the way consumers shop, pay and save. As head of sales, Jim is responsible for developing relationships with merchants, acquirers, issuers and other enterprise customers of Isis.Before he joined Isis, Jim spent more than 22 years with AT&T, where he was a key player in the development of the mobile commerce joint venture that became Isis. While at AT&T, Jim designed, implemented and operated direct sales organizations and indirect distribution channels and was responsible for the launch of several flagship products. In his most recent role as Executive Director of Business Development, he led the development of AT&Ts mobile payments market entry strategy, representing a key growth opportunity for the company. Jim is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he received his Bachelors and Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is also a graduate of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Tim Collins has been with Wells Fargo for the past thirteen years. Before working as Senior Vice President of Experiential Marketing, Tim managed Brand and Direct Marketing at Wells Fargo. In recent years, he created the Experiential Marketing function at Wells Fargo. The Experiential Marketing group creates unique experiences that customers choose, setting the stage for business opportunities. This includes; sponsorships, events, virtual worlds, social media, and only at Wells Fargo experiences. Some of these unique experiences include the Stagecoach Appearance Program. The Stagecoach Appearance Program travels to hundreds of events every year and with over 10 museums across the US our Wells Fargo Museums serve to engage our customer while leveraging our rich history. Wells Fargos presence in social media is particularly noteworthy. Wells Fargo was the first large bank to enter social media, and remains a leader, to this day.Prior to Wells Fargo, Tim spent two years at the old San Francisco-based Bank of America. He also spent ten years in marketing with some of the top fast food businesses, including; Taco Bell and Popeyes.Tim has a Bachelors Degree from Johns Hopkins University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwesterns Kellogg Business School.

Steve Karp has nearly 20 years of payments industry, management consulting, and investment banking experience. He is currently a Senior Vice President in the Enterprise Payments Strategy Group at SunTrust Bank, where he partners with executive leadership across various customer, product, and channel segments to develop and execute payment-related strategies. His areas of focus include debit and prepaid cards, ATM channel management, online alternative payments, and underbanked strategies. Prior to joining SunTrust in January 2008, Steve was a Manager at Edgar, Dunn & Co., a global payments industry consulting firm. While at EDC, he worked with and developed strategies for leading companies in the credit card, bill payment, electronic funds transfer, and mobile banking industries. Prior to EDC, Steve was Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Allpoint, the largest surcharge-free ATM network in the United States. He led the networks operations, financial reporting and budgeting, strategic planning, legal, and administrative functions. Steve also was part of the executive management team responsible for raising capital and guiding Allpoint from start-up through its successful sale in December 2005 to Cardtronics. Prior to Allpoint, Steve held a senior management position in the electronic banking practice of First Annapolis Consulting. While at First Annapolis, Steve worked extensively in developing detailed financial models and analytical frameworks to assist credit card issuers in evaluating alternative account acquisition and portfolio management strategies, as well as analyzing customer segmentation and profitability data. In addition, Steve has held investment banking and consulting positions at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey and ICF Consulting, respectively.

Stefan Happ is General Manager of Online and Mobile North America at American Express. In this role, Stefan has responsibility for partner and client management, marketing and merchant acquisition for new online and mobile payment capabilities and services, including Serve, the company's next generation payments platform.Previously, Stefan served as SVP and GM of the Americas in the company's prepaid business, leading the dramatic growth of the American Express Gift Card and Reward Card franchises in the United States and Canada. He has also spearheaded the company's introduction of the ground-breaking family of reloadable prepaid cards, both through the American Express E-commerce channel and through numerous distribution partnerships. Since joining American Express in 1997, Mr. Happ has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in reengineering, product development, and sales & marketing in the American Express Consumer, Corporate and Prepaid Card businesses.Prior to American Express, Mr. Happ spent a number of years in various marketing and operational roles at British Airways across the globe. He holds a BA from University College London and an MBA from Lancaster University Management School.
