Reed Showalter, Managing Director for the Pacific Northwest Region, is located in the Sacramento office and is a member of the firms Life Science Group, part of alliantgroups Industry Specialization Program. At alliantgroup, Reed serves as a CPA liaison and provides technical support for the regional directors. Motiva was acquired by Siebel and was adopted as its Incentive Management system.Mattel co-founded CellarStone, Inc in 2000 to address the small and mid-market Incentive Management needs. Mattel as part of CellarStone was also instrumental in helping PeopleSoft designing and developing its first Incentive Management system. Mattel has helped execute the development, marketing and sales of SMB sales commission applications such as QCommission and Easy-Commission.Mattel has more than 25 years of experience in systems and project management, especially as it relates to Incentive Compensation. David J. Sibits was named President, CBIZ Financial Services and joined the company in May 2007. Prior to CBIZ, Mr. Sibits was Executive Managing Director of RSM McGladrey's Ohio region shortly after the acquisition of American Express Tax and Business Services (TBS). He oversaw five offices in Ohio with 30 managing directors and more than 250 employees. Mr. Sibits was the Executive Managing Director of the TBS Eastern Region, which included 35 offices in 13 states. Mr. Sibits was also the Managing Shareholder of Hausser & Taylor LLC from 1992 to January 2004. American Express acquired Hausser & Taylor's tax and consulting firm in Ohio, the seventh largest in Cleveland, and was one of the top 35 accounting firms in the United States.
