Execs Moving Up in Bank Wealth Management
What do Bank of the West, BNY Mellon and Citizens Bank have in common? They either shuffled the leadership of their wealth management businesses or hired and promoted senior leaders to key wealth management posts.

Pierre Ramadier, Bank of the West
Pierre Ramadier, the head of wealth management for International Retail Markets at BNP Paribas, will join the company's U.S. subsidiary, Bank of the West, as head of the Wealth Management Group in January 2016. He will report to Bank of the West's chairman and CEO Michael Shepherd and will join the bank's executive management committee.
Ramadier replaces John Bahnken, who joined Citizens Bank as president of its wealth management division this month.

Eileen Foley, BNY Mellon Wealth Management
Eileen Foley, leader of the BNY Mellon Wealth Management family office group's national sales team, was promoted to leader of the group. She is responsible for growing the business across the United States.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon in 2007, Foley was a partner at Lee Munder Capital Group in Boston.

Chris Mone, BNY Mellon Wealth Management
Chris Mone joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as regional president of the firm's wealth management office in Los Angeles. Prior to assuming his role in September, Mone held key leadership roles at UBS Wealth Management, Prudential Securities and Edward Jones.
Philip Tedeschi, BNY Mellon Wealth Management
Philip Tedeschi, a senior wealth director with BNY Mellon Wealth Management, was promoted to head of sales for the firm's family office group. He oversees the sales team nationally.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Tedeschi was a director at Investors Bank & Trust and a principal at CCC Alliance, a family office.

John Bahnken, Citizens Bank
John Bahnken, the former head of Bank of the West's Wealth Management Group, joined Citizens Bank as president of its wealth management division. He succeeds Mike Millard, who is retiring after 10 years of leading the wealth management business at Citizens.
