Advisors deserve the best technology and services so they can focus on what they do best: work with their clients. At Quik! Forms, we have heard from many LPL reps over the years about how difficult it has been to fill out forms, but in talking to prior executives we discovered they weren't open to better options - they simply felt what they had was good enough. I applaud Mr. Fetter for bringing an attitude of listening and being open to change! Of course, I'd like to help him deliver his forms in HTML on any device (iPad, Android, Mac, PC, etc.) so LPL advisors can do much, much more with their clients in easier, faster and less expensive ways. Regardless of whether LPL uses our services, I am glad to see the shift towards bringing everyone a step further into the electronic age. This is a good thing for the industry overall.
