Stephen’s global experience in the insurance and financial services industries spans corporate roles in the U.S., Europe and Asia, with a focus on distribution, operations, audit, market entry, consumer financial advice, and corporate strategy. Through his consulting practice, Stephen has also helped insurtech startups with their sales and go-to-market initiatives.

Stephen’s Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona includes coursework at the University’s Eller College of Management business school.

Currently a member of the Board of Directors of Camp Fire Snohomish Council, the Board of Directors of Greater Edmonds Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Chair, Economic Alliance Snohomish County where she serves as Treasurer, she has spent much of her time serving on various committees and boards throughout the region that emphasize business, arts, and youth. She lives in Seattle with her husband Vance. They are the parents of adult children and have twin grandsons. (Being a Grand is Grand!) They enjoy traveling, hanging out with friends, and hosting "family" dinners. One of Nancy's favorite activities is working with teenagers.
