Capital Fulfillment Group has announced the hiring of Michael E. Mullowney, Jr. as director of sales. Formerly, Mullowney was a managing director for Wachovia Securities, during which he was a member of the chairman's platinum council and named to the chairman's advisory council. Prior to Wachovia, he was a VP at Legg, Mason, Wood, Walker, where he was a member of the president's council.

Neuberger Berman has struck an agreement to acquire most of the assets of LibertyView Capital Management. The assets are currently controlled by Credit Agricole Indosuez, part of Credit Agricole Group.
