A Wells Fargo team that oversaw more than $340 million in client assets left the wirehouse to join Baird, a spokeswoman said.
The four-person team opened a new satellite office for Baird in Stuart, Florida, the company said.
Joining Baird are advisers Jeff Cohen and Christian Clinton as well as client specialist Jena Burrows and client assistant Paula McClughen.

Cohen started his career at Prudential Securities in 1995, according to FINRA BrokerCheck records. He started working at Wells Fargo in 2003.
Clinton began his advisory career at A.G. Edwards in 2000, per BrokerCheck. He stayed with the firm following its acquisition by Wells Fargo in 2008.
A Wells Fargo spokeswoman decline to comment.
Baird currently has about 875 advisers operating from 85 locations in 28 states, according to the Milwaukee-based company. Baird has $115 billion in client assets.
