Ameriprise Adds $214M Stifel Team

Ameriprise has lured a Stifel Nicolaus team with $214 million in assets under management, according to a spokesman from the firm.

Glynn David Bias is the team's top earner with $137 million AUM, according to Ameriprise. His counterpart, Henry Pofi, has nearly $77 million AUM, the firm said.

Prior to joining Stifel in 2007, both Bias and Pofi spent three years at Ryan Beck from 2005 to 2007 and almost two decades Legg Mason, according to FINRA's BrokerCheck.  

Joining Ameriprise's employee side, the team will report to branch manager Vince Hackler in Baltimore.

Most recently Ameriprise recruited three advisors collectively managing $261 million in client assets, according to a firm spokesman.
