Automated data management provider Confluence hired Melvin Jayawardana as European Fund Administration Product Manager.
Based in the Confluence International office in Luxembourg, Jayawardana will help customers strategically expand their use of the Unity platform for data consolidation and automation. He is also responsible for expanding Confluence’s global market penetration through new product innovation to European fund administrators.
Jayawardana previously worked at J.P. Morgan Bank where, as senior vice president and product manager for mutual fund accounting, he launched new products and expanded EMEA regulatory reporting services for the company.
Before working at JP Morgan, he served in other senior level positions in the industry, including head of change management for State Street Bank Edinburgh, and vice president/unit head, fund services for State Street Bank Luxembourg.
