DCIO Firms (K)onverge in NY

DCIO shops are converging this week in New York to showcase their wares and portfolio managers to advisors.

Dubbed (K)onvergence, the confab is designed to “provide top retirement plan investment advisors and analysts an opportunity to meet face-to-face with top portfolio managers,” under one roof according to the conference website.

Speakers include chief investment officers, portfolio managers, retirement plan investment analysts, and investment platform managers from Franklin Templeton Investments, Dwight Asset Management, RidgeWorth Investments, PIMCO, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, MFS Investment Management, OppenheimerFunds, Morgan Stanley, John Hancock Asset Management, Robeco Investment Management and Putnam Investments.

The conference’s investment topic of interest include: the changing role of investment analysts; managing risk in stable value products and the future of Qualified Default Investment Alternatives, among others. The gathering began yesterday and runs through Tuesday, June 18.
