Donaldson, who has more than 15 years of experience in financial management and investment banking, was previously executive vice president and chief financial officer at Northstar Exchange.
Donaldson also served as a managing principal at financial advisory firm Bison Partners, which he founded to serve small to middle-market companies. He also worked for Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets and at A.G. Edwards.
