Estee Lauder’s CEO Gives Larry Fink’s Board a Makeover

Estee lauder’s chief executive officer, Fabrizio Freda, is giving BlackRock, Inc.’s Board of Directors a makeover. Well, sort of.

Freda and Jessica Einhorn, former Dean of the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University, have been elected to the BlackRock’s Board. Einhorn has also been a director of Time Warner, Inc. since 2005 previously served as a director of Pitney Bowes, Inc.

“Fabrizio Freda will bring valuable insights on running a large company with diverse worldwide operations and powerful consumer brands, and Jessica Einhorn will add further breadth to our Board's diverse experience with her expertise in international finance, economic development and public policy," stated Fink.
