“We conducted a thorough and competitive bidding process, and Great-West Retirement Services stood apart in its ability to offer an affordable, quality retirement savings plan,” said New Hampshire Deferred Compensation Commission Chairman Thomas Manning. “We have every confidence in the ability of Great-West to transition our plan expeditiously and seamlessly.” The transition is scheduled to occur early next year.
Earlier this year, the city and country of San Francisco and the city of Jacksonville, Fla., selected Great-West to run their 457 plans.
Great-West is the No. 1 provider of deferred compensation plans to state governments and the No. 2 provider overall to the government market.
