Hartford Adds Three Advisor Consultants

Hartford Funds has appointed three new advisor consultants to support its regional growth.

Richard Benn, Nathan Fair and James “Mike” Sargent will serve as advisor consultants in New York and New Jersey, Wisconsin and Texas, respectively. Benn is reporting to Andrew Shaw, divisional vice president for the Northeast Region, and Fair and Sargent are reporting to Kirt Jones, divisional vice president for the Central Region.

Benn joins Hartford Funds after nearly seven years with RS Investments as regional vice president in Northern New Jersey and New York. Prior to joining Hartford Funds, Fair was regional vice president of national sales for Pioneer Investments. Sargent was most recently vice president of Managers Investment Group.

“As our investment strategies continue to gain momentum among retail investors, Richard, Nathan, and Mike will be instrumental in providing advisors the support they need to deliver results for their clients,” stated Jeff Reiss, head of retail sales.
