David Levenson has been named director of 401(k) retirement plan sales for The Hartford Mutual Funds of Hartford, Conn. This is an additional responsibility to Levenson's role as head of mutual fund sales for The Hartford.
Paul Koleda has been named vice president and wholesaler for Franklin Templeton Distributors of San Mateo, Calif. In this role, Koleda is responsible for the marketing, promotion and sales support of Franklin Templeton mutual funds in North and South Carolina. Koleda joined Franklin Templeton from Van Kampen Asset Management of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.
