Timothy J. Stegner has joined Pioneer Investment Management of Boston as vice president of institutional alliances, based in Denver, Colo. Prior to joining Pioneer, Stegner was vice president and regional sales manager at Oppenheimer Funds of New York, in charge of calling on 25 states.
Delaware Investments of Philadelphia has promoted David Prince from vice president of global marketing and client services, to senior vice president of global marketing and client services. Delaware has also promoted Mark Clewett from vice president of marketing and client services, to the same position of senior vice president for global marketing and client services.
