Allen Cairns and Steven Hart will serve as assistant vice presidents in charge of third party relations in the East and West divisions, respectively.
Cairns has an extensive background in compliance and administrative services for defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Hart has experience developing and managing TPA focused products, systems, sales and marketing tools for providing assistance in placing qualified plans.
John Hancock is also moving seven regional marketing directors from the sales department to help provide greater support to the new team.
