Excelsior, MN-based LoCorr Fund Management is looking to add another alternative mutual fund to its lineup.
According to a regulatory filing, the firm is currently prepping the LoCorr Long/Short Equity Fund to launch within the next two months. The firm currently manages the LoCorr Managed Futures Strategy Fund (LFMAX, LFMCX, LFMIX) and the LoCorr Long/Short Commodities Strategy Fund (LCSAX, LCSCX and LCSIX).
The long/short offering’s total annual fund operating expenses is 340 basis points for Class A shares, 415 bps for Class C shares and 315 bps for Class I shares.
Jon Essen, chief operating officer of Locorr, is the fund’s portfolio manager.
