Morgan Stanley Investment Management is looking to convert its closed-end Morgan Stanley Frontier Emerging Markets Fund, Inc. into an open-end fund through a shell reorganization.
The equity fund’s conversion will be submitted for stockholder approval at a stockholder meeting on August 22.
Morgan Stanley Investment Management, together with its investment advisory affiliates, has approximately 620 investment professionals around the world and $304 billion in assets under management or supervision as of March 31.
