Outflows Continue for Bond Funds

Mutual funds gave back $5.43 billion for the week ended Wednesday, June 19, according to the Investment Company Institute.

Bond funds had estimated outflows of $7.97 billion, compared to estimated outflows of $13.47 billion during the previous week.

Equity funds had estimated inflows of $1.87 billion for the week, compared to estimated outflows of $1.03 billion in the previous week, and hybrid funds also had estimated inflows of $678 million for the week, compared to estimated inflows of $1.15 billion in the previous week.
