Raymond James Grabs $275M Team From Wells

Three Wells Fargo advisors managing $275 million in client assets jumped to Raymond James, according to the firm.

Advisor Bruce H. Daigle, Diane K. Fisher, and Walter F. Wydo Jr. joined the employee channel at firm’s branch in West Hartford, Conn. The trio generated approximately $1.5 million in annual revenue, while at Wells Fargo. They operate as FDW group.

“The home office support has allowed us to be more efficient, and frees up time for us to do what we’re supposed to do – spend time with our clients,” Daigle, vice president of investments, said.

Their team also includes client associates Lindsay F. Boland and Judith Milanese.

Daigle, Fisher and Wydo had been with Wells Fargo’s since 2008, when they came over from A. G. Edwards, according to FINRA BrokerCheck records. Daigle started his career in 1992 with Edward Jones. He later moved to A.G Edwards in 1995.

Raymond James, based in St. Petersburg, Fla., also added a $2.2 million team from UBS to its employee channel, earlier this month. The five-member team was overseeing more than $300 million in client assets before the move.

During the third quarter, the fast-growing broker-dealer added 123 advisors. Its independent network grew by 65 advisors to reach 3,487. The employee side added 45 advisors to reach 2,541.
