Raymond James Nabs a $260M Wells Fargo Team

A Wells Fargo advisor team with $260 million in combined client assets has moved their practice to the employee broker-dealer side of Raymond James, according to the firm.

Advisors Tammy Sweet Halprin and Scott Finkler now operate as the Halprin Finkler Investment Group of Raymond James in Destin, Fla., the firm says. The duo had $2 million in annual production at the time of their departure from Wells Fargo, according to Raymond James.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2003, Halprin and Finkler worked together at Prudential Securities in New York City, according to FINRA's BrokerCheck.

Former Wells Fargo Advisors staffer Tracy Lardiere also joins Halprin and Finkler as its senior registered client service associate, and Kelly Talpey as a client service associate, the firm says.

Raymond James recently recruited two AXA advisors with $150 million in combined AUM.
