Risk Paradigm Group, an independent wealth and asset management firm, announced Monday that a three member advisor team from the Tower Group of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management will join the firm.

The Boston-based team includes Travis Tucker, a Certified Portfolio Manager, Donald Brusca, a fixed income portfolio manager and Stacy Bazylinkski, a Certified Financial Planner.

As a part of RPg, the team will have access to the investment management solution aggregator, Dynasty Financial Partners, and its investing platform including Callan Research, Tamarac reporting and Envestnet for integrated portfolio and practice management solutions.

All team members have ample experience in the financial services industry. As a first vice president senior portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley for 13 years, Tucker was responsible for multiple teams’ investment strategies. Thirty year industry veteran Brusca specializes in taxable and tax-exempt income strategies. Bazylinski, who spent ten years in public and private accounting before becoming a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley, focuses on financial planning for clients as well as on insurance and annuities.

David Gatti, chief executive officer of RPg, said he is humbled by the quality, experience and expertise of the joining team.

“Travis is a preeminent portfolio manager and is very well known in the industry.  Don has deep fixed income experience and Stacy is a key addition as we continue to deepen the bench in financial planning.  All have outstanding track records and reflect our client driven values.  This expansion demonstrates our ongoing commitment to provide institutional level resources to high net worth families,” Gatti said in a statement.

Started in 2011, RPg is based in Boston, with offices in Austin, Texas and Chicago Ill. This team is the second to join the firm this year, since UBS advisor Sam Kiefer joined in February 2012.
