Russell Adds Advisor Sales Chief

Russell Investments has appointed Mark Schlafly as managing director of client solutions for the firm’s U.S. advisor-sold business. Schlafly reports to Sandy Cavanaugh, chief executive officer of Russell’s U.S. advisor-sold business.

Schlafly joined Russell on June 3, having previously served as chief executive officer of advisory firm Financial Securities Corporation.

“Mark comes to Russell with an in-depth understanding of our business and our clients’ needs, as a result of his work with us over the years as a partner and his experience as an executive for several advisor-led firms,” stated Cavanaugh.
