Schwab Launches Website for Independent Advisers

Independent advisers who custody with Charles Schwab now have a new website designed to help them more efficiently manage client accounts with better integrated data.

“We worked hand-in-hand with many of our adviser clients on the design and features of the new site to more closely mirror how they actually work,” said Steve Hirsch, vice president of institutional web services at Schwab. “The new site provides them with the information they need, when and how they need it.”

The new platform permits users to create custom account groups and organize data by household or portfolio model. They can also find accounts more quickly and easily, with client information securely stored.  More importantly, it aggregates balances and positions for households up to as many as 200 accounts.

While the new site uses state-of-the-art web technology, Schwab plans to make even more upgrades in the future.
