Scudder Kemper Investments of Boston has announced it has launched a new division that will invest in or find funding for new electronic-commerce ventures. Scudder is calling the new division the Scudder Kemper Investments E-cubator Group.
Jay Kingley has joined the firm to head up this group as its managing director. He reports to Mark Casady, managing director of Scudder Kemper Investments. Kingley was previously a partner with Diamond Technology Partners, an e-business consulting firm. He specialized in e-commerce ventures of financial service companies, including those of Scudder Kemper.
