Francis Picarelli has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president at consulting shop Segal RogerCasey.
Picarelli joined Segal’s New York office in 1994 as a director of the Defined Contribution Services Department, responsible for all aspects of defined contribution administration. He became a consultant in 1997 and moved to the investment consulting side in 1998. He was promoted to vice president in 2005.
Picarelli has more than 25 years of experience in defined contribution consulting and plan administration from a banking, insurance, mutual fund and consulting perspective.
