Segal Names Advisors Group Chief

Investment advisory firm Segal Rogerscasey has hired David Pappalardo as head of the firm's Advisors Solutions Group, a unit that provides access to Segal Rogerscasey’s institutional-quality research through financial intermediaries.

Pappalardo was at one time a director in Investment Consulting for Rogerscasey. He most recently served as a Global Relationship Management Leader for GE Asset Management in Stamford, Conn.

In his new position, Pappalardo will report to John DeMairo, president and chief executive of Segal Rogerscasey, and Timothy Barron, the firm’s chief investment officer. He will work out of the Darien, Conn. Office.

In February, Segal Advisors, an investment consulting firm that served mostly Taft-Hartley union clients acquired consulting firm Rogerscasey, which focused mostly on the not-for-profit, higher education, corporate and endowment markets, merging the two firms into Segal Rogerscasey.
