Singer supervises all of the Department of Justice�s work under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA).� Under Ms. Singer�s leadership, the Housing and Civil Enforcement Section has produced settlements that are expected to provide over $200 million in monetary relief for servicemembers and will ensure, through powerful injunctive relief, that the nation�s five largest mortgage servicers implement new procedures to prevent active duty servicemembers from being foreclosed on improperly or from being charged excessive interest rates.� She also supervised the Department�s $60 million case against Sallie Mae for excessive student loan charges to servicemembers, and the Department�s $9 million case against Santander Consumer USA for unlawful auto repossessions against servicemembers.� She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1990.

Lauren is Partner/COO of Solutions for Account Management, Inc. (SAM) providing consulting solutions to the Accounts Receivable Management industry.� SAM provides recommendations to credit originators across all industry verticals that include: third party agency selection, debt sale strategy, First Party and Customer Care strategies, probate/bankruptcy servicers, and mail service vendors.Previously, Lauren was Vice President of Payment Solutions with Direct Brands, Inc., the largest direct-to-consumer distributor of media products in the United States, which operates iconic brands such as Book of the Month Club, Doubleday, and Columbia House. She had been with Direct Brands for over 13 years and oversaw the operations and performance of the Payment Solutions and Customer Service teams.��Lauren has developed several best practices for�internal and external collections, fraud/loss prevention, Customer Service and credit card processing.�She has an extensive background in establishing and managing payment strategies in order to reduce bad�debt.Prior to joining Direct Brands, Inc., Lauren worked at Arthur Andersen where she completed valuations of business enterprises including private and publicly traded equities, debt securities, and intangible corporate assets in connection with strategic planning, merger and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and tax planning.� Lauren is a graduate of�Lehigh�University with a Bachelor�s degree in Finance and Marketing.�

David has over twenty-four years of experience in collections. Beginning his career serving as Vice President of Retail Collections at Great Lakes Collection Bureau in 1991, In 1995 he was part of the start-up team responsible for the creation of Receivable Services of America. In 1997 David and his partners formed Zenith Acquisition Corp and he served as its CEO for 15 years overseeing its growth from start-up to a leader in the Debt Buying Industry. Zenith bought over 9 billion in assets through 300 transactions from most major lenders until 2012. Additionally he kept Zenith on the forefront of compliance and customer service. David is currently a member of the board of Directors for DBA International where he has severed for 5 years, three years as Chairman of the State Legislative Committee a year as Secretary and he is currently, chairing the Editorial Committee as well Co-chair of the Membership Committee.�

Manuel “Manolo” S�nchez is chairman and CEO of BBVA Compass, and was named U.S. country manager for BBVA Group in 2010. Under his leadership, BBVA Compass has established itself as an innovative, principled and customer-centric bank and a model of community involvement from Florida to California.S�nchez, whose responsibilities include BBVA operations in New York as well as Bancomer Financial Holdings, has worked for BBVA for nearly 25 years. He joined BBVA Compass as head of community banking in 2008, having led Laredo National Bank for the previous three years after it was acquired by BBVA. Between 2002 and 2005, S�nchez served as chief risk officer for BBVA Bancomer in Mexico City.Earlier in his BBVA career, S�nchez served in New York from 1999 to 2002, Paris from 1994 to 1999, and Madrid from 1990 to 1994, holding positions in the corporate, investment and correspondent banking divisions of the bank.In addition to English and Spanish, he speaks French, German and Arabic.
