For bank reps looking to advance their careers, there’s no better news than a promotion or a job offer that’s too good to refuse. Here’s a sampling of bank reps who were either promoted or moved to new organizations to assume roles of greater responsibility from January 25 to February 9 of this year.
Isabel Pryor, Key Private Bank
Isabel Pryor joined the newly formed Key National Trust Company of Delaware as senior vice president and regional trust manager. She was formerly with Wells Fargo Bank where she served as vice president and senior trust and fiduciary specialist.
Yolanda Plaza-Charres, BNY Mellon Wealth Management
Yolanda Plaza-Charres joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as sales director for Latin America responsible for expanding the firms services to Latin American high-net-worth clients. She was formerly the director of BlackRocks private banking channel where she developed and executed a successful strategy for growing market share in an underperforming sales territory.
Kevin Rogers, BNY Mellon Wealth Management
Kevin Rogers, a managing director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, was promoted to the position of family wealth advisor responsible for advising ultra high-net-worth families and family offices. Rogers joined BNY Mellon in 1999 and has more than 21 years of experience in financial services.
John Augustine, Fifth Third Private Bank
John Augustine was promoted to chief market strategist of Fifth Third Private Bank, an investment advisory unit of Fifth Third Bank that caters to high-net-worth clients. The 14-year company veteran was formerly chief investment strategist.
Jeff Korzenik, Fifth Third Private Bank
Jeff Korzenik was promoted to chief investment strategist of Fifth Third Private Bank, an investment advisory unit of Fifth Third Bank that caters to high-net-worth clients. He was formerly director of regional portfolio management. Korzenik joined the company in 2009 and has 25 years of experience in investment advising.
Erika Lamanna Small, Avenue Bank
Erika Lamanna Small was promoted to private client banking assistant at Avenue Bank. She joined the bank in 2011 as a concierge banker soon after receiving her masters degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
