JennisonDryden Launches Total Return Bond Fund

JennisonDryden, the fund family of Prudential Financial, has added the Dryden Total Return Bond Fund to its lineup of asset allocation funds.

Scott Benjamin, senior vice president and head of marketing and product development for mutual funds and separate accounts at JennisonDryden, said, “Investors are seeking opportunities to manage portfolio volatility, and we believe that adding the Dryden Total Return Bond Fund to the asset allocation funds gives them the diversified, risk-managed approach that they need in today’s uncertain market.”

The fund is run as an institutional core fund that seeks to attain above-average returns with below-average volatility through a diversified, risk-managed portfolio of more than 300 fixed income securities in multiple sectors, credit qualities and maturities.
